well some old cars have cruise control and being in some parts of texas that rains alot, cruise controll is usually prefered while it is raining. but in the result of that ur car literally flies, it is know throughout parts of texas that some people have been killed while doing this, if not killed injured very badly, i hope this helps!

You need to fail an emissionstest to apply to the aircheck program, you also have to make less than a certain amount of money.
