Aftermarket and OEM body parts are all going to be shipped in black primer. If you don't want to mess with getting it painted your best bet is to look for a good used part in a salvage yard that already matches your car.
I was looking at the car-part.com and is my bumper cover silver color or grey?
I can not tell
You are aware that the parts listed with a color are used parts from salvage yards, correct? There's nothing wrong with using a used part like this as long as there is no damage, just wanted to make sure you are aware of that fact. The parts listed as "New OEM" will be coated in black primer just like the aftermarket piece and will require painting.
To make sure it's the right color you need to contact the seller and get the paint code for the vehicle the part came from and compare it to the paint code on your car.
Please don't ask me where to find the paint code for your car, I would just have to Google it which you can do yourself.
Beyond the bumper and headlamp, you will need to obtain a filler as well (surrounds grill and under headlamps) and I suspect fascia retainer bracket under headlamp and at fender and miscellaneous flare/shield clips too.
That said, this isn't just all going to bolt on easily. You have structural re-aligment to deal with. See how your driver side fender is pushed under the hood and headlamp is pushed toward the grill? You'll have bent brackets that need straightening or replaced. The fender itself may need to be reworked even. Doesn't look like you'll need anything as serious as a frame pull, but I don't see you having an easy time putting this back together in your driveway. Just my opinion, but I think you might save yourself a lot of time and frustration having a shop do the work or atleast give an estimate. They'll spot things that you're overlooking and then you'll have a better idea of exactly what will be involved in doing a respectable repair. If nothing else, you'll have had a professional supply you with a "shopping list" before you go off gathering parts.
