I disagree. Classes would perhaps help you control your vehicle in a worst case scenario.
Racing is more of a personal decision. No amount of classes will deter someone from racing. Some might be scared of the potential consequences while others will become over-confident after taking classes. It's really just the lack of common sense that leads to crashes for the most part. **criminology and psychological aspect/theory**
