It's 2016 Murai. Besides a VERY limited number of charging stations and, personally, I'd rather not be sitting anywhere close to another Hindenburg, what is wrong with Toyota designers? Are they trying to now outperform Nissan in producing oddly shaped to ugly cars?
It's a new technology. Early adopters tend to want to have everyone know they are one. Hence when you see a Murai, you will know what it is. If you have no idea that it is special, you won't be curious about it.
Notice the best selling hybrid - the Prius - never had "normal" styling. Those that did have never sold as well as the unique one
I personally have never liked the way electric cars looked. I'm wondering what's wrong with Audi designers and why their vehicles aren't gotten facelifts in what seems like a decade.
