I would be weary buying a used entry level luxury car. They tend to get hammered hard by people who basically treat them as disposable because they lease a new one every year or two.
My suggestion would be to buy a new loaded Honda Accord. It will last a long time and if you get the EX-L or whatever the top trim is- it's basically an Acura.
This is like the fifth time in recent memory I've seen this. It's "leery" or "wary." "Weary" means tired. It's not a hybrid of two other words that mean what you're looking to say.
Just shopped these, the Mazda 6 is the best driver hands down and the new interior for 2016 borders luxury territory. The Hyundai Genesis is a really nice car but a different class and price bracket.
Of course, it occurs to me if you're really looking for a proper sports sedan you better stick with RWD or AWD, front wheel drive def has its drawbacks.
OP is looking at SPORTS sedans. That pretty much rules out Toyota.
Most new Toyota Camry SE are faster than your sports compacts. Even surprising many V8 cars on the highway.
