For me personally, I once saw a deal for $199, 0 down for a Honda Odyssey EX in the newspaper. They had to get rid of the inventory. Best deal of the year. The only draw was lack of color choices...I believe they only had black, silver & that beige (goldish) left. I just paid tax, title & DMV fees upfront which was standard. Drove it for 36 months and gave it back. It was a great van.

Another good buddy of mine got a advertised deal for the base model bmw 3 series...229 a month zero down. That was a few years back. Dealers needed to get rid of the cars...no scam.
I am flexible so I was wondering if there is a site that compiles too good to be true lease deals.

Yep...I don't mean to be pedantic, but its actually the manufacturer as much as the dealer.

In any case, look at how much down. Bump that "Payment" figure up in your mind by $30 for every $1000 you put down.

Lease deals are manufacturer incentives, not dealer incentives.

that is correct. Its really math. $199, zero down is the same as $169, $1080 down

Could be either or both. Manufacture can have national deals....sort of the Lexus December to Remember deals they nationally advertise.. Then dealers can have their own incentives.

Lease deals are through manufacturers or banks - the money factor, residual, etc. The individual dealer can offer additional incentives or negotiate prices, but the actual lease itself is through a finance company. If you see an advertised lease special, it's virtually always the manufacturer.

I agree the actual lease is always through the finance company. Different dealers can offer different specials because of those incentives they throw in. My example above that particular dealer needed to move out all their certain models before year end was true...it was whatever they had on the lot in those few color schemes.

Is leasing better than financing car ? I thinking about leasing Audi A6 ot S8 Plus or 2016 BMW 3, 4 or 5 series

This car I thinking about the Audi is worth it for lease for 3 to 4 years.
