Auto Sport By The Lake (2005, Rover, cars, dealer)

ASBTL was a Norman, NC dealer that sold high end cars (generally $35K^ in 2005 if I remember correctly). At one time there was a controversy that killed the company - or at least made them change the name.

I cannot remember the details, and cannot find any reference to them on the net.

Do any of you car folks remember what was what with this company?

I am not certain of the issue but it was funny as I thought the title sounded familiar. I know I glanced at cars on cars.com from there. I was in Mooresville when I initially saw this thread today.
