I drive an "appliance". The price was right, it's comfortable and gets me from point A to point B reliably. I'm happy. I drove my last appliance for 14 years with no problems, so I bought a 2017 of the same model.
Besides, I'm an old lady and don't have the need to compensate for a small penis by overpaying for a flashy overpowered car.
So you present yourself as an endowed old lady who loves her bland car...no problem.

Are you saying that this forum is only for drivers of flashy cars? I will never drive a flashy, fast car and I'll post on this forum any time I want.
You sure can, as I said to her, no problem driving an appliance, I get it.
But since it is nothing special, what I don't get, it is why some here (on automotive forum) have to attack the car enthusiasts?

To a driving or car enthusiast discussing appliance cars is like going to a chefs convention or a food connoisseur group and saying you only like to eat hot dogs on wonder bread buns when you eat out.
Yes the hot dog will provide the calories you need, but it is not something exciting to eat. "Oh boy I had a hot dog today" is the equivalent of saying "I got to drive a Toyota Corolla today!"

Who attacked the car enthusiasts? People are labeling me as boring and my car as an appliance. Flashy or not, all cars can be seen as appliances unless ones job is auto car racer.

"endowed old lady" did, hence my response.
And it is wrong to call the drivers boring, the cars yes.

To your logic, why should one bother having luxurious clothes if that person it is not a model or celebrity?
Performance cars are not just for speed, I for one I appreciate the handling (drivability/response) and the amazing feeling of driving a piece of wonderful engineering while surrounded by a luxurious interior.
One has to have the pleasure to drive and appreciate it, to really understand that feeling.
