They're like the chic fila of the auto industry. I've always had great customer service using them. Everything from filling up tires to fixing a flat FOR FREE. Anyone else enjoy their services?
I only know if one that is an hour away from me, but I have never been there. I buy my tires from Tire Rack and use a small local shop to install them.

They beat everyone in my area for prices and the tire choices are very good. You can see all the prices and choices yourself online, most other shops will make you call or visit.
One time they put on a spare and labor charges, taxes for free because I told them I was only working part time and could not afford a spare as the spare had been non repairable.

I do the same thing except I use Discount Tire Direct as they have always beaten tire racks prices.
Just has 4 Uniroyals put on my wifes car at my local Chevy dealer for less than Discount wanted for the same tires. Had Discount offered me the same discount my dealer did, they probably would have gotten my business again. I have only bought one set from Discount, and I got them there because my usual tire guy couldnt get them in when I needed them. The one DT didnt have them but they went to another store and had them witin 10 minutes of me showing up. The guy doing my tires did mess up a rim, and DT ordered me a new one, no charge.
Mine are VERY fast. I'm sorry, they do tires only. Though I had ONE mishap with them, when i ordered online and tires didn't show up. but I had it resolved with the local manager in prompt manner.
Have used Discount Tire for over twenty years and will continue... can't beat them. BTW they have always matched or beat any competitor price I brought them.
