I had another thread on this, thinking of buying a 1992 Town Car, but also considering a 1991-92 Chevy Caprice sedan. I pretty much know the pros and cons of each... I am sure the Chevy would be cheaper to maintain and is also a soft and comfortable car, but curious to see which of these others would prefer.
I understand there are some that do not like big cars and I appreciate that, but I do.

Hey Tnstorm
I worked for a chevy dealership back in the 80's _00's,& I'd haveta say I belive the chevy would be the one .Had a lot of shops have thing go wrong on the t/car,airbags for theride, they go bad, fuel pumps, relays ect... I know chevy had there thing too,but I know how much the stuff cost!!! But its up to you!!
whoa dude scale down the ads a bit they are huge..
I would go for a 93-96 caprice model because they got rid of the skirted rear wheel wells and look better IMO.. maybe find a used cop car with the LT1
Caprice I think cop car. Nothing wrong with cop car... But I have my fill of that at work. I voted Town Car... But I have plenty of windshield time in the TC

not anymore I don't think any law enforcment acgency still even have caprice kicking around now when I see a crown vic I think cop car but now it seems like they are switching to the dodge charger which after a few it years would be fun to buy a used hemi interceptor.

Perhaps retro cop car... Anymore Crown vic, Chargers, Durango, Impala, Tahoe come to mind as police vehicle.

1990-92 Lincoln Town Car...
1991-92 Chevrolet Caprice
1991-92 Lincoln Town Car, I'm surprised how nice the leather interior is on the 1991-92 Chevrolet Caprice

yeah but now the leather sets will be used and abuse and will be close to 17-18 years old I would rather stick with cloth seat because less chance they will crack and split. the only 2 cars I would love to have but would have to trade my 05 GTO in for is a 02-04 corvette Z06 or a new camaro SS but the new camaro puts out pretty much the same perfomance numbers as my gto and I would have to get another loan to pay it off so for now I will hold on to my car till the 05-07 505HP 7.0 corvette Z06 become affordable in a few years I will take a look.
The problem is I have a 91 F250 which is my daily driver and it has close to 210K miles and is getting old and tired and seeing as it is what I need and use to commute to work and it hauls a 17ft boat through the moutains every summer and I am thinking of getting a newer ford F250/F350 maybe pick up a nice used 99-03 superduty with a F350 7.3 liter powerstroke with a ZF-6 speed maual and a stock dana 60 up front and a dana 80 outback it and stock 4.10 gears to replace my daily driver and keep the GTO as my weekend car and continue to mod it out.
