Interesting video. These old model off road white Toyotas go through a place in Gibraltar to be modified for use for UN, ambulances, mobile operating room, poaching enforcement, and other uses in hard to reach regions of Africa, South America, Asia, and other parts of the world, for fans of the older and more rugged off roads Toyota vehicles, these are the ones you wish were still legal to buy new and register to drive in Europe and North America.

Toyota Gibraltar Holding is actually a division of Toyota that services the international para-military vehicle trade. Same as US based companies that manufacture and outfit vehicles specific to para-military needs. Toyota is the largest because they recognized early on the need to maintain all lines of models that serve this purpose well past their life expectancy. Most US based companies are more interested in age turnover while Toyota just wants to keep them on the road. Nissan also has a similar (much smaller) program for their pickups and SUVs geared towards international para-military needs.
