I am right now waiting for the new “guidance” on the EV tax credit. Keeping fingers crossed somehow it will remain in full for another year despite what I have read.

I'm just curious. How is all this EV thing going to work in apartment complexes and high rises with hundreds of cars parked? Say, they erect a charging station or two. Maybe, ten. And?
