You battery is weak. It draws a lot of power to start the truck. Then the belt slips on the alternator when it starts due to the heavy load. Alt could be weak as well.

Belt isnt tight enough.. The squealing you are hearing is the belt slipping on the pulleys,however if one of the pulleys is seized then no amount of tightening will stop the squeal..

It has an auto tensioner so this is not the problem.
Word. If you've change both belts and it's still squeaking there is a 99% probability that it's the tensioner itself.
Agree and in most cases, you don't need the whole tensioner but just the pulley that goes on it. I've replaced both belt tensioners and idler pullies and have learned that the tensioner's spring is almost always still strong enough for it to apply ample tension on the belt. It's the pulley's bearings that wear and cause squeal from an imbalance. In most applications, the Idler pulley is the same pulley that is on the tensioner.
