Just and FYI as a CL frequenter, those Audis, Lexuses, Hondas, and Caddy Escalades that sell for $4999 with great looking pics and email addresses with military ranks in them are all scams as well.
That email offering free shipping because you are so special...also a scam.

Agree a scam, but then again on CL you have to go see the car in person unlike eBay where people are constantly duped into buying a car sight unseen. Also could have been a way of someone getting a bunch of people to spam someone they don't like's email by putting in "buy this gorgeous 1969 Camaro for only $5900" and not putting in a phone # or a CL address and instead a "youradress@gmail.com" and half a million people are sending emails to the listed email address.
There is a sucker born every minute and the people who post these ads know it.
I concur, I say the same thing every time I see a car sell for bogus cash at Barrett-Jackson.
