I have a 99' Saturn SL2 that has trouble starting sometimes. In the past month i have replaced the starter, spark plugs, fuel pump, crankshaft sensor, and ignition switch. The car sputters then dies sometimes, however other times it just starts up. There seems to be a coralation between the car not starting and the door chime, dome light, and radio not working. If i apply pressure to the fuse box inside the car it will usually start right up. I have changed the two relays in this fuse box, and that hasn't helped. I don't know if this is a wiring issue or something else. I could use any help available. I am tired of spending money on parts recomended by my mechanic and them not fixing the issue. Other than the ocassional starting problem the car runs and drives great.
thanks for the suggestion johnfrisco, I'm headed there now
