This is a HUGE development... I wonder how many years it will take for this project to be completed... particuliarly the market rate 'for sale' units. How is Baltimore's track record when it comes to "mixed income" neighborhoods? I am familiar with Heritage Crossing in West Baltimore, and Jonestown in East Baltimore, Orchard Park in NE that seem to be realitively successful. What others are there? I have seen other pockets of smaller more non descript townhome developments.. say along Pennsy Ave in Upton and over in Oliver.. that are new housing but other than the housing being "new" they are not vastly different from the surrounding blighted communities... (i.e trash, junk, loitering on the properties) Not sure if the city had anything to do with these or if they are private
