They have a carry-out store on York Rd. The restaurant has been closed for years unfortunately.

Any of the little Italy places I'd presume. Squid isn't a Chesapeake speciality.

I've had good calimari in tons of places in Baltimore. I'd def suggest Mamma's, Nick's, Cross St. Market, and Bo Brooks.

I've probably been to Snyder's a hundred times, always getting the crabcake, fried and on rye bread. Wife loves the crab imperial.

Every time I get off a plane at BWI it's a short trip to Snyder's; you won't be disappointed.

Another great place by BWI is Timbuktu. Weird, but delicious. You'll get enough food for three meals.

I think that Timbuktu's crab cakes are totally flavorless. Gunning's, which is just down the street, has a much stronger menu. Both have lovably outdated interiors.

It's toward the end of the season, but Ryleigh's Oyster in Federal Hill has a great daily happy hour featuring reduced draft prices and a large selection of raw oysters on the half-shell for just a buck each. Usually close to a dozen varieties are on the list, and all are fresh-shucked to order, cold and luscious. The rest of their food is also pretty good, but go for the oysters...oops, just noticed you said your trip was in March, hope I haven't missed you....
