Is there a map online that will tell me which neighborhood I'm in? I'm curious if NW Parkway and Liberty Heights is technically on the border of Gwynn Oak, but still considered Baltimore city? Isn't this area Howard Park or Grove Park? Also, what neighborhood is the MICA located in and if that area is considered "posh or upscale" (aka expensive).

"posh/upscale" will be harbor east. MICA is between bolton hill/mount vernon area. Northern Parkway and Liberty is literally a few streets from what is considered Gwynn Oak but in that area its sort of all mixed together and nothing really separates the neighborhoods.

I've used the map on this wiki page for some personal research I was doing https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o..._neighborhoods. It's a start.

Northern Parkway at Liberty Heights Ave is the border sperating Baltimore city and Baltimore Co. Northern Parkway generally serves as the border of the two. You can tell the difference because city street lighting stops after northern parkway and road maintenace switches over to county. They are however not considered the same area they simply border eachother.

You can also tell by quality of roads. You know instantly where the divide is along Loch Raven, for example.

City Data also has maps and statistics down to the neighborhood level. I am not very familiar with your area but it appears to be officially in the Grove Park neighborhood //www.city-data.com/neighborhoo...nn-Oak-MD.html See //www.city-data.com/nbmaps/neig...-Maryland.html for an overall map of Baltimore by neighborhood. Or this link (hover your mouse over the neighborhood) Neighborhoods*·*Live Baltimore

MICA is in Bolton Hill. If you pull up the neighborhood info for Bolton Hill, you will see it is extremely pricey compared to the surrounding neighborhoods. It's about as pricey as Inner Harbor according to the online statistics. I suggest looking at that area with Zillow.com selecting either rentals or sales, whichever you prefer.
