13 of the clippers wins during this run are below 500, one is 1 game over 500, and 2 are 2-3 games over 500. It's not like they have been destroying the top tier teams.

It doesn't matter, winning 16 in a row on the pro level is still impressive.

lol...if it wasn't impressive, teams would do it every season. I do think the streak will be broken at some point this week....5 games in one week against winning teams is tough for anyone.

actually it does happen at least almost every season. i mean the rockets won what 22 games with no yao, yet their competition was super weak and every other teams star sat that streak out. the spurs had 3 12+ game win streaks last year including the 20 gamer.

the schedule has been light, favorable, and/or down right easy.

Some spurs fans can't acknowledge a great accomplishment by another NBA team because they have a better record.

Has nothing to do with anything.
2 months from now nobody will remember this streak.

Correction, they won't remember it if the Clippers are not in the Western Conference Finals or the NBA Finals.

The NBA can be so funny at times

Right now the Denver Nuggets are looking like the best team in the West by how they are playing the Clippers but if the Clippers wasn't on a 17 game winning streak they would not even be playing this hard. But I called it and knew that this road game would be the night the streak ends.

The game is not over but I don't see the Clippers coming back from a 79-66 deficit with 8 mins left in the game

no correction needed. doesnt mater where they end up in the playoffs, the streak they just ended doesnt really mater much, and nobody will care by march if not sooner.
