Sorry to hurt your feelings but Popovich was outcoached by Spoelstra. He didnt make adjustments like Spoelstra did in the series. He is good coach but not some mastermind like others are saying. His failure to adjust cost them the series and im not the only who says this.

You can only look at resumes, and his is the strongest currently in the NBA.

The only other thing from the Heat win is that Pat Riley adds to his incredible resume....

They both played to what ever the situation was. Pop wasn't "outcoached" by any stretch. It was the TURNOVERS and missed shots that killed the Spurs...

Totally unacceptable for a so called top tier coach.

This has been evident two years in a row but people still want to consider him a coaching legend. No one is saying he is a BAD COACH but just not a great coach because a great coach would have not allowed his team to lose a 5 point lead with 27 seconds left in the game. Also a great coach would have not allowed his team to lose 4 games in a row after the leading the WCF 2-0.

A good coach seems to be a better fit for him since he has

1. had his team in the post season almost every season
2. His combination over the past 13 years
3. His 4 titles
4. Ending the streak of the Lakers in 2003
5. Maintaining a winning team season after season
