If people now believe a 55-56 win team like the Pacers can't challenge the Heat, what does that say about parity in the NBA? It sounds like the Heat are similar to UCLA back in the 60s...cake walking to the championship game every year. If they faced a challenge (usually didn't), it wasn't until the title game.
Talk <> reality.
With a 7-game series there is little room for parity, the best team almost always wins.
Basketball, in and of itself does not lend itself to parity.
I mean, they play both ways and run 40% of their offense through their best player.
Frankly, complaining about parity in the NBA is one step short of complaining that boxing lacks parity.
Slow to the party here. Has Steve Javie been part of the ABC Broadcast Team? Since I missed this detail until today, in your opinion has Javie contributed to a better broadcast and how?
Sounds like some good basketball to end the season.
Orlando is a tough team to beat and has a lot of young talent. I don't put my trust in Pacers making it easy.
The Washington-Miami game will be a great one. Both teams have something to play for. The Wizards are trying to fight off the Bobcats from getting the 6th seed and Miami of course is still fighting for the #1 seed.

And if the Pacers beat the Magic the Heat can rest their starters the last 2 games
