LSU Graduate Student Looking For a Roommate to Sublease=) (apartment, rent)

Hey everyone,
I am an international student that will attend LSU this fall.
I want to find a roommate to sublease an apartment with me.
At the moment, I have found an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom which is only 0.1 miles away from LSU campus.
The rent is 700 per month, utilities like garage, water, internet, cable with HBO ESPN, and more are included. The electricity bill for per person will be 20-50 per month. So I guess each of us will pay approximate $365 per month.
What's more? After Negotiation, I got a fees waiver that can waive all of our fees including administration fee ($85), security deposit ($200), and the application fee ($45). This would be a total savings of $330. But the only requirement they put forward is that the one who sign initially has to be a US citizen, otherwise the fees can not be waived as far as a discount for me. That's why I am searching for a roommate here.

I believe in every possibility that life brings to me, and finding a roommate here, I mean you, is one of them. As long as you show your respect for the other's private room and easy going, I think we can be roommates=)
