It's that time of year - time to renew my cell phone contract. I'm currently with T-Moble (brought over from TX) but find that I can't get service out in the St. Francisville area. So, I'm open for suggestions -- what cell company do you love? do you hate? Who's got the best coverage? What's your favorite smart phone? Why?

This is one of those questions where you'll get dozens of replies, all of them right in the individuals own mind.

For what it's worth, though, I'm with Sprint, and I've been pretty happy with them. And I've been up in St Franciscville several times and have not had coverage issues up there.

I can say that I'm with Sprint also and it's been great for me in and around the city, but I can't vouch for St. Francisville and the Felicianas. I don't seem to have many service problems when I drive up to Natchez so I just assume it's ok.
I believe AT&T is the largest provider here though.

I know friends that have a Palm Pre and the new Droid and they both love them.

I haven't had a coverage issue with AT&T, although I hate them and pretty much any cell phone company they all suck ;-)
