Hawaii County has set up a viewing area at the end of route 130 in Puna. I'm not sure if it is still open as it had been threatened by the lava a month or so ago. Inquire at the Volcano National Park Visitors Center and they will have the latest updates. Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park - Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park (U.S. National Park Service)

Also if the lava is still making ocean entry there a couple tour boat operators that cruise to the lava flow area.
