Can anyone give me some names of major Home Builders on the Big Island. I am a Project Manager for a Home Builder in Phoenix and I am looking to get out of this area and to the Big Island. With that being said, I need to find out if this is a field of work I can stay in or not.
Any suggestions or words of wisdom?

I've posted this link before, but it is a good starting point for your research, so I've included it again here. This page is from the Waimea Community Development site and lists most of the major development companies on the Kona/Kohala side. Many, many smaller companies working as well, especially on the Hilo/Puna side. Kit homes are very popular in some areas here, so a lot of contractors work with the companies that provide the kits...Please let me know if you have any questions about the list of landowners on the site above!
