Congratulations on your move! Hopefully you'll get all settled in and all the moving boxes empty real quick. Or have you already done that? Which side of the island are you on now? What are you enjoying the most from your new home?

I know, that is why I was asking if a "0" was missing (as in $180K)- he implied it was a real estate investment before. Throwing darts at stock symbols and $5,000 a few years ago would yield more than $18K.

whtviper1 if you knew how small the house was 1+1 640 sq feet and where in puna 18k profit was not so bad for this cottage but maybe I should barrow your darts and take a turn a profit and not a loss is always better no matter what you invest in Imo

Hate to disagree - anyway, you portrayed Puna in your first post as an investment area - I said, there is investment property in Puna? Then you've finally come back and said you made $18K - quite frankly, I felt that validated Puna isn't an investment area. To me, just sounds like lost opportunity - if I "invest" $10K 10 years ago, and make a $1, I don't consider that a profitable investment. Perhaps you do.

I'm considering buying a condo in the Seascape development -- Randymu42 are you still living there? Do you or does anyone else have information about living there that you would be willing to share?

I'm a bit concerned about airport noise and with having so many close neighbors nearby (between the condos and apartments across the street).

Thank you in advance!

Randy has not posted in over 3 years - so you likely won't hear from him.

Jessica, you should start a new thread with a title more descriptive of your question.
