Please don't give me your opinion on R&B's religious or political views. I don't care if you love/hate them. I just want to know if their show seems to have a lot more commercials than other radio shows. It seems like the commercial breaks are longer, then the first 30 seconds of them coming back on air is Rick voicing a live commercial.

I know it pays the bills, but still, I quit listening because they're constantly pushing a product or service.

They are like any other radio show. If you have ever listened to Sean Hannity or a bunch of other syndicated shows they all have long breaks for news and then have a live commercial before they go to break or after they come back.

I tried to look up what was "normal" and was unsuccessful. I enjoy listening to them but good lord they're still advertising some product 30 seconds after they've come back on air... Not to mention, Helmsey and Speedy have got to get off the mic. They just bother me.

They will sell as many advertisements and sponsorships as the listener can bear. That's just broadcast.
