Nice. I've owned in the past 2 MINIs, 2004 Cooper S and 2006 Coopers S convertible... great cars! And great resale.

Not too fond of the Clubman but I like the Crossman!

Why would i want a ugly unreliable car? If I want a little car to zip around town I would rather look at a used Toyota MR2. Besides I'm 6' 2", 195, my head would stick out and look like Yogi bear driving his ride.

Actually it wouldn't. The spouse is 6'3" and fits nicely. Calling them unreliable is just not true - they have an excellent reliability rating, especially the Mini Cooper S with the 6 spd.

I asked if he had owned one since he said they were "unreliable". Well he hasn't so how would he know? We've had our mini for over 2 years and no problems. I even think it's more comfortable than the SUV we had.

I've had my MINI s for 3 years. 55,xxx miles and it has been very reliable. The only problems were covered by warranty, and it didn't leave me stranded or anything. I love Minis and wouldn't think of driving anything else at this point. So fun to drive!
