Lee Harris is a pen name for Syrell Rogovin Leahy, who was born in 1935. I can find many Google entries for her books, but apparently she does not have her own website.

She started another series and wrote three books for it in starting in 2003 and the third in 2006. It's the Manhattan Mystery series. I've just started The Labor Day Murder and am enjoying it.
