Hello everyone, I just joined this forum. I'm moving from NYC to Boston for work at end of September and I need a 2 bedroom townhouse anywhere within 15 miles of downtown Boston (Tufts Medical Center). I'm hoping to stay under my $2000 per month budget. I'm single and will be living alone, so safety is my biggest priority. Do you know of any townhouses in gated or un-gated apartment communities? All suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.

Hi, there...my landlady is looking for a tenant for a 2.5 bedrooms three-decker apartment near Andrew Square in South Boston. She missed the normal rental season because the previous tenants took too long to move out. She's charging only $1800 a month (water covered, but not heat or electricity), if you are willing to put up with a slightly older accommodations. I think it's a steal for the area. It's only 10 minutes from downtown Boston by train.
