Trying to get a real life idea of the wages for nurse in the Boston area. I have over 10 years experience in step down/icu and tele, as well as charge nurse/house supervisor experience, and I have my BSN.

What hospitals are union too?

Thanks!

I'm surprised no nurses have responded to this. There are only two non-union hospitals in Boston; MGH and Beth Israel. You may want to reach out to this organization for more info on wages, especially if unions are your thing: https://www.massnurses.org/

The wages can also vary greatly.

I'd probably try this forum:

I dont think there are many/any nurses here.

I worked as an RN for 40 years around Boston, retired three years ago, but was always in psychiatric, which might have a different pay structure unless it's a single unit in a medical hospital.
