My job will be in Boulder/with quite a bit of travel down to Denver/Aurora area. I'm trying to decide the best community to live in/in between these areas? Anyone suggest?? and good complexes in between. I really like longmont, but am thinking the drive to Denver might get a little too long from there.

You might want to look in Broomfield. About 20 min to Boulder (depends on where in Broomfield to where in Boulder, of course) and closer to Denver and Aurora than Boulder itself.
