I have no sympathy for these paparazzi. James Gandolfini of Sopranos fame recently got into a tussle with photographer who was filming him while taking his son trick-or-treating. There has to be limits put on these parasites to protect individual privacy and to prevent impending lawsuits. I'm betting Tyson gave some sort of prior warning to the guy he plugged. Either way, I hope Mike doesn't have to do any time for this.
If there is any "celebrity" you wouldn't want to provoke, Mike Tyson would be it. Not only is he big and strong and mean, he doesn't seem to care about arrest or incarceration for his behavior.

i'm no tyson apologist, but these guys go out of their way to harrass and goad and love it if they can get a video or a soundbyte of a guy losing it just a little .... because that is more money to them
so they prod and poke and agitate ........ i have no sympathy when that is met with a little bit more than just a vocal outburst

Mike doesn't care if he gets sent to jail, he's been through that many times, especially in his teens.
This should be a valuable lesson to the other paparazis never to **** with Tyson again.
I read the ESPN news this morning and honestly shook my head. The man is trying to be father and probably traveling on business, why should the paparazzi harrass him. Remember, he recently lost a child so you should know, your picking a fight with a man ready to release tension. Stupid move! I hope Tyson gave him concusion.
