I agree it does seem suspect that he won't take the test, on the other hand, since when does Mayweather get to dictate which tests will be taken prior to a fight? I can't believe the state athletic commisions would allow him to get away with these demands. Manny agreed to urine analysis, and to giving blood 30 days prior and one day after the fight. Floyd's repeated and additional demands basically amounted to harassment. Wonder why he never demanded tests of this nature from lesser opponents like Hatton, Gatti, and Marquez? Because he knew he could beat them rather easily. With Manny he knows it's too dangerous and he's looking for every possible way out. We'll see what happens after the Mosley fight. I do believe this fight will be made.

Or maybe, just maybe its because he knows that Manny is on something?

For some reason you think I am a Mayweather fan, which I am not. I think he is a pompus asz, but truth be told alot of what Pac has done is suspect. He went from 107 to the 140's? Thats not normal. And to get faster as he put on more weight.... yeah not common either. Which again begs the question, if you are in fact clean why not test. Mayweather has no more right to ask for extensive testing than anyone else, but if your clean you can test everyday and not have anything to worry about.

My point is this though...Floyd's initial reason for suspecting Manny of using roids was that he gained all of that weight so quickly. Well, from March 2008 to November to 2009 Manny gained 17 pounds. That is quite normal to gain 17pounds of muscle over an 18 month period. Manny eighed 107 back in 1995...that's 15 years ago! You telling me a fighter can't gain 33 pounds in 15 years? Not to mention, early on in Manny's career he had to drain weight prior to fights in order to make weight. Floyd has not allowed his true weight to be announced coming into the ring for his last few fights. Why would he want to hide his true fighting weight?

I'm not saying Manny is clean, nor am I saying he's dirty, but to me it just screams fear in Mayweather that he is suddenly demanding tests that are above and beyond the state athletic commissions standards for a fight that will earn him an easy $40 million. He says he can beat Manny whether he's on or off steroids, well what's the problem then?

Also, and most importantly, Manny agreed to the three blood tests, if he was juicing it would show in the 30 days prior and the day immediately after the fight. No way he could juice two or three weeks prior and it doesn't show the day after the fight. Not to mention, the roids that could possibly go undetected in two or three weeks would serve no benefit whatsoever to the user if only used for a week or two. Those types of roids must be used from 3 - 6 months in order to serve any benefit to the athlete whatsoever. So within that 30 day window between tests that Manny agreed to, there is nothing that he could take that would give him an edge or that wouldn't show up in his blood immediately after the fight.

I am more of a Floyd fan than a Pacman fan, but I dont think Manny is on anything. I myself have gone from a 150 pound martial artist/fighter up to 190+ pounds and didnt use anything except for Muscletech creatine and whey protein powder. If I can do it, Manny can do it. Of course, I did it on a 6' 1" body and not a 5' 5" (whatever he is) so it was a bit easier for me.

I think its just a fact that he "grew up" more and not a "hes on the juice" type stuff. I would love to see Floyd beat Manny, but I think Floyd has a more formidable opponent in Mosley first. Whoever wins the Mosley vs. Mayweather fight should beat pacman.
