I was just watching the ''Best of Clubber Lang'' tribute on Youtube and was thinking if Clubber Lang could have fought Mike Tyson in real life who would've won !!

In his prime Mike Tyson would have beat everyone, including legends like Ali, Frazer and Joe Louis. Clubber Lang would be a good warmup for Tyson.

Too theoretical for me, but Ali was by far the best heavyweight boxer I have ever seen. Nobody even close to his ability when he was in his prime.

I think Frazier and Tyson were about even in ability in their prime, so I guess they would both be able to beat Lang (always easier to put down the fake fighter).

Default "Mason Dixie and Clubber can't go 15 rounds !!!!"

Clubber Lang was a touph mean opponent That fought with anger and aggression. Niether Tyson or Clubber could go all 15 rounds. No stamina. It would have been a Good matchup though !!!! I would like to see Antonio Tarver against Tyson. I litterally screamed when Isaw that scene in Rocky Balboa when Tyson was heckling Mason before the fight with Rocky. I'm thinking that would be a good match if Tyson behaves himself and doesn't try to bite his nose or ear off. By the way, Thumbs up to sly for ending Rocky on a half decent note !!!! Much better then 5, thats for sure !!!!!!!

Tyson was a scrapper, he couldnt box to save his life. He is overrated as a boxer and as a human being IMHO.

Default You obviously didn't follow his early career !!!!!!

When Tyson first became champ, he knocked out every aponent he fought. He was one of the most dangerous fighters in the eighties. Sly Based Clubber lang off him. I think you need to educate yourself on his lustrius career. I saw him fight in the empire state games, and no one ever came close to even give him a good fight.

Default Tyson wins

Tysons problem was he hated to train cardio. I mean really hated it. Even back in the 80's he didnt train on cardio as hard as some say. Now if he did run the miles and jump the rope then he would have breezed through all his fights that went past 4 rounds, for the Lewis fight he had a 12 week training camp all paid for, he pissed off every trainer he had at that time because he only trained like 6 of those 12 weeks. And that i was witness to.

Now who would win? Tough one, Rocky beats Tyson but i think Tyson stops Lang very early with solid uppercuts.
