Since my last "Bozeman Jobs" thread didn't give me too much info, I wanted to try again. Are there any professional "head-hunters" who specialize in the Bozeman area or Montana? I have tried MRI Network....any other recommendations? Just stinks that making more than $50k seems impossible in Montana....

The saying "You can't eat the view" gets more and more relevant as the place grows.

I don't know how anyone who earns their living here could buy a home here in todays market unless they have a really good (or lucky) source of outside money.

I can make $55k/yr if I worked full time at one job, and 24hrs/week at another. For 66hrs a week.

Yeah, not going to happen. Oh, and thats on the high end of the PC Tech realm here. I don't have a lot of upward movement to do without going into business.

Depends on what you do. If you're an actual engineer... maybe. But, from what I hear, its doubtful.

If you're a PC tech like me, not a chance.

I'm a network engineer and after looking at the pay here decided it wasn't worth it. Way less than half what I made in most other states...

Jimj - so what do you do for a living now if you decided networking engineering wasn't worth it?
