This is our 2nd stint living in the Buffalo area...first time through we lived in Williamsville/Ahmerst - it's nice, but everything is SO outdated...if you are handy and like projects, that's the place for you. This time we opted for Lockport - you get a lot more for your money out here! Within the first week we had no less than 5 neighbors stop over with warm cookies, etc to welcome us to the neighborhood! I have zero concerns about the safety around here...and love that we were able to move into a house and just add some coats of paint to make it more our own!
