Are those apartments (Hallmark Village,Country Club Manor, Dannybrook, Quakertowne) safe to live? (Buffalo: apartment complex)

Those all seem like safe areas. The only one of those Im familiar with is Hallmark as its maybe 2 miles from me. Not a bad area at all & the apartment complex doesn't appear to be over run with thugs or anything.
