Grew up near NYC (Rockland county). Came to Buffalo for school (UB - 1995), loved it and stayed. Moved to Florida for a year and a half, came back to Buffalo (missed the snow at Christmas). Started a family. Then attended Buffalo State (graduated 2004).
My boys are about to be 10 and 7 and we are moving to Arizona in 7 weeks. I'll go up to the mountains when I miss the snow.

*probably* won't be back except to visit.

Grew up in the suburbs, but came downtown to watch my sister model at Hengerer's dept. store on Main Street. Left home and lived all over the West Side and Delaware District over the years. LOVE LOVE LOVE BUFFALO!!!! Best small town neighbors with big city thinking. In other words, they love you, but mind their own business! That's priceless!

Graduated from UB in 2000. The only job I could find was a dishwasher at a restaurant in Allentown... moved to NYC. That was in the midst of "keep our children in Buffalo" campaign. Not sure how that worked out.

You didn't do your homework and study hard.

Did you try to talk them out of it?

Whoa, there is no way a realtor is telling me this. Talk to me in a year about the housing bubble and we'll see who didn't do their homework and study hard.
