What's Grand Island like? Seems like a great location but there's virtually no development there that I have heard of. Why?

development in what way??

The island is very nice, and there are some nice areas, although its shut off a bit from the rest of the world.

I was just wondering because one time when I was planning to go up to Niagra falls, I thought the island would be the ideal place to stay, but there was only 1 holiday inn there. Seems like a cool spot for a resort hotel.

yes it does doesnt it? The island has never been developed like that, I have no idea why not though, i think the Holiday Inn you speak of does a good business, they say its haunted, did you know that? By a little girl, if I am correct
