Grayhound it downtown Buffalo and Megabus is downtown and at the airport. Where are you going from Amtrak??

Amtrak into the Depew Station is fairly far from Greyhound. However, if you look up the #6 Sycamore bus on the NFTA website, I think you will find it still goes into the station and will take you right to the Greyhound Station at the Bus terminal on Ellicott in Buffalo. ....Here is the catch: you have to have the station agent at the Depew Station call NFTA and have the next #6 bus come to get you . This only works at normal times of day; you'd not be happy at night. You'd be better off getting a cab into downtown if you go Greyhound.

OTOH, if you want to go somewhere on Megabus, I would suggest coming into Depew Station, calling a taxi and going to the Megabus stop at the Airport. It is a shorter distance and a safer area. It is also where you can walk around and get something to eat .
