Looked at a single family home in Rivercrest Development and wondered if anyone has information on it. A search of this forum found a post from 2007 stating Rivercrest was a new development starting up. However, it seems that development has come to a standstill because there are more empty lots than single family houses.

Hi Miruca.....I'm going today to look at their townhouses. What information do you want? There is a single-family home for sale there that's been on the market for quite a while and the price has just been reduced....seems like a great deal right now. I have a sense that this development would be an excellent investment as well as a great place to live, given the location and the current prices.

We looked at a house there recently - and it was recently reduced - it may be the same one you are referring to. This particular house was sold once but it didn't work out, and now it is back on the market.

I was interested to know why this development was not completed - apparently, it started over two years ago.

We also looked at a place on Cobblestone in Stone House Village S. Burlington. Given these two choices - what would be the pros & cons of each ? From what I've been reading, it sounds like Shelburne is the preferred area and has better schools.

Are you looking at the condo's for you?
