Hmm...not sure of any lit sledding hills.
You're in Williston, right? Take 2A south to the Rocky Ridge Golf Course. Very popular sledding place. Also Casey's Hill in Underhill. I believe it is on Pleasant Valley Road.
Skating ponds....hmmmm......can't think of any off the top of my head. I know South Burlington Rec floods a couple places for rinks...maybe Williston Rec does the same?

Hi, yes, in Williston. Thanks. I knew about Rocky Ridge but not the one in Underhill.

I don't think Williston Rec is doing the skating rink this year, unfortunately. Catamount isn't either. But I figure there should be plenty of good ponds around here for skating. Just haven't figured out where! We did skate at Lake Iroquouis a couple weeks ago though..
