Personally, I don't consider what Kiss and Leopold did "corruption". When I think of political corruption, and this is just me, I think of things done for personal gain, either financial or electoral.
I don't think Kiss and Leopold are corrupt. I think they are incompetent and not very bright.
I think Rutland's ongoing police scandal if fully investigated would yield more corruption that the mess in Burlington. Not that either will truly be fully investigated. I would love to see Kiss gone as mayor up there though, I can't stand him and his attempts to influence the rest of the state.

But then, you couldn't pay me to live in Burlington, and Rutland is just bearable.

Never been to Rutland, no desire to go.

Heh, I'd rather be back in the NEK. I came down here for work. Now Rutland has a worse unemployment rate than the NEK did.
