I have just started a small e-commerce business. And i want put it in right track in a short time. For that i need your suggestions. I need to know that a new e-commerce site having which kind of features so that more customers interact to it. And it can be beneficial for me as well as for customers also.

Agreed.

It seems like the OP wants something easy to work with and also easy for customers to use. There are plenty of e-commerce platforms out there that meet these requirements. I personally recommend Volusion.
