I'll take Oklahoma since it has the most female criminals.

Which state leads in swingers?

Funny how weakest government influence is somehow held up as a bad thing.

That's what I was thinking. I wonder how many of those users are richies from other states, including California.

Dallas, TX; b/c out here, the winters are mild, the sun is always shinin' bright, and the palm trees (yes, they exist here in the Big D) are always swaying in the gentle Gulf breeze.....lol. Actually that last part is not always true; especially during the summer months!

A few weeks ago, I met a self-proclaimed "trustafarian" who used to live in Durango. Him and another guy got on the subject of life in Durango, and the guy asked the trustafarian what he did for work down in Durango. The trustafarian replied, "I don't know man, I just did a lot of drugs when I was down there".

Turns out, the trustafarian was originally from CA.

If one looks at the demographics of these resorty cocaine hotbeds, they have populations where 60-80% of the people were born out of state.

The average Coloradans I know don't do cocaine. They smokes the weed.
