Moving their headquarters to Texas won't allow them to circumvent CA regulations.

Just a bunch of bs propaganda. Moving their headquarters out of state won't have any bearing on their claims which are related mostly to their store employees, not HQ. Enjoy texas.
For the corporation, the fee income from franchises will be subject to TZ not CA income tax. As you may know, TX has no income tax. so there isprobably a 9% gain there alone.

They have been here for like 10 years that I can remember. Local paper Coastal View hasn't said anything about them moving? Woo, news flash!

Of course it did.

1) Bush was President. (A republican).
2) That actor Arnold Shortsanagger was Governor (Another Republican).

Uh, what did Bush have to do with CA???

Arnold was a closet liberal in most things, so kinda a wash. Then there was Gray Davis ..................

And who made up the majority of the legislature during that time????

Bush diverted Federal funding from CA and almost bankrupted CA. CA of course paid billions to the Federal Govt in Federal Taxes.

CA is #1 in Federal Tax payments. CA also RECEIVES less than what it puts into Federal Taxes. Red states Receive MORE than it puts into Federal Taxes.

Look it up.

Arnold also gave several tax breaks to Enron.... Enron also overcharge CA residents and Arnold gave his buddies at Enron nice little break. Before it went kaboom.

Basically, just like Republicans do, siphon as much money as they can before running as fast as they can.

Which is why I'm voting Republican in 2016. In hopes that they collapse the Economy as fast as they can so the Real Estate market can once again BUST under the Republican tanking leadership.

They haven't left yet, and that "report" was four years ago. I guess they decided to stay.
