I just got married and we want to move to palm springs. We were wondering what area's do we want to stay away from? We are from Rochester NY.

What is your housing budget?

You're going to miss that beautiful Rochester Red Wings baseball stadium (my cousin has a brick there) and the Dinosaur BBQ and most of all the Garbage Plate!

We are not looking to buy a house just rent. I have never had a garbage plate.

Desert Hot Springs and Coachella look like to be the least desirable areas in the region.

Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert seem to be the better neighborhoods
