I wasn't seriously suggesting alcohol prohibition.
It's just a way of pointing to the fact that people and law makers have antiquated notions and attitudes about marijuana while alcohol, which is so harmful / destructive, is a socially acceptable and legal substance.

The Constitution says we're right and the Federal Government is wrong on this one. I actually hope this can of worms gets opened wide. Restore the Constitution.

Because he needs a couple of hits to mellow out. And he's probably had a few shots of ETOH. You know, because it's legal and stuff.

Everyone realizes, one of the reasons the feds are cracking down, is the fact these wonderful dope houses ARE NOT paying taxes? You know, you dope smokers sold the world a bill of goods, saying to legalize dope, so the government can tax it and make money? Oh golly gee whiz, you mean that really isn't occurring? You mean these "legal" dope dealers, are making MILLIONS of dollars every year and not paying their liberal "fair share" of taxes? Oh say it isn't so...

Speaking of "mellowing out": hey Phil ... been awhile ... good to have you and your cheerful, upbeat commentary back ... you know I give you a lot of play for all you put up with on the job ... but seriously, do you have a sense of humor as well? ... really ... hope so ... you're heading into retirement soon and getting old is tougher than suffering the government's stupidities ... really works best with a funny bone mixed in with the steady decline ... just sayin'
