We Currently Live Here And We Don't Want To Move Out And We Don't Juz Want To Live In A Desert Almost Anywhere Would Be Ok.

Hmnn...I used google and searched for "$170,000 4BR home Southern California" and found a listing in Palmdale - 4 BR - $112,000.
